Clean Rivers: Clean Streets

Staveley has suffered from unpermitted sewage discharges from village manholes in heavy and persistent rain for a considerable time. Recent records show this is now far more frequent and more extensive. Following lengthy consultation, the Parish Council has now identified this as a high priority in its new Community Plan. The Task Group established is actively working with partner organisations to seek a resolution.
